November 16, 201410 yr Hello, froxlor is not creating new users. After adding a customer the cron runs and log says error on chown because user customer123 and group customer123 doesn't exist. I'm using Ubuntu 14.10. Froxlor is installed at /var/www/html everything else is left with default value. I'm also using fcgi. Thanks for your help.
November 17, 201410 yr libnss not working mysql not working pebkac error Sorry but my crystal ball seems to be broken
November 17, 201410 yr 1) 14.10 not officially supported (yet) 2) did you setup 'libnss-mysql'? 3) does the user exist in the froxlor-database?
November 17, 201410 yr Author Thanks for your help, however, libnss-MySQL is working. MySQL should be working too because in froxlor it says OK under Database Check. I'll further investigate this issue and post info as soon as I get them. Just wired that cron is not working and froxlor says I'm using a custom version under version check. I'm using the latest github version.
November 17, 201410 yr Thanks for your help, however, libnss-MySQL is working. Prove? Try and paste the output of: gentent passwd customer123 MySQL should be working too because in froxlor it says OK under Database Check. That was not my question...
November 17, 201410 yr Author Prove? Try and paste the output of: gentent passwd customer123 You mean getent? customer123:x:10004:10004:MySQL User:/var/customers/webs/customer123/:/bin/false
November 17, 201410 yr Just wired that cron is not working and froxlor says I'm using a custom version under version check. I'm using the latest github version. Fixed, our version.check did not know about the latest -dev3 yet. So did you try removing ALL froxlor-generated configs within /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/ and re-run the cronjob manually using --force?
November 17, 201410 yr Author Fixed, our version.check did not know about the latest -dev3 yet. So did you try removing ALL froxlor-generated configs within /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/ and re-run the cronjob manually using --force? Version check is now working. Removed everything in sites-enabled except 000-default.conf. Still same issue.
November 17, 201410 yr Copy and paste the output of "/etc/init.d/apache2 restart" and also the corresponding vhost config
November 17, 201410 yr Author Copy and paste the output of "/etc/init.d/apache2 restart" and also the corresponding vhost configApache doesn't give an error now after reboot. However now the output is raw, not php/html.
November 17, 201410 yr ...? So you're saying PHP is not working? What is it now? Please explain in detail what exactly is not working...why do I always have to say this over and over again?!

November 17, 201410 yr Author Also: remove your advertisment-URL from your signature please...It just redirects to some random ad-stuff....Ohh sry, forget to update it. Yes, now there're no more errors because of not found user instead it looks like exciting pho-scripts is disabled.

November 17, 201410 yr Author Ahh I'm sorry for have waste your time. I forget to add the additional IP to froxlor on which the site is redirected. I'll update and hope it'll work.
November 17, 201410 yr the please POST AN ERROR-MESSAGE instead of complaining about how it's not working...
November 17, 201410 yr Author the please POST AN ERROR-MESSAGE instead of complaining about how it's not working...Where's cron log? I can't find such entries in syslog.
November 17, 201410 yr You said "cronjob still not working"....what makes you say that? There's no log it's either an error-message after running the cronjob manually or it worked....
November 17, 201410 yr Author You said "cronjob still not working"....what makes you say that? There's no log it's either an error-message after running the cronjob manually or it worked....It manually works but in froxlor it doesn't update the time of last run job (e.g. rebuilding configs which should be run all 5mins. * 5 * * *(..)).
November 17, 201410 yr Author All right. Everything fixed now. Systemclock was set wrong. Thanks for your help.
