anscheinend schlägt Let's Encrypt bei Subdomains fehl, weil es gerne auch eine weitere "www"-Subdomain an die bestehende hängen würde. Siehe Log:

Was hast du bei den Einstellungen der Subdomain hilfe.meine-tolle-domain.de unter ServerAlias-Angabe für Domain ausgewählt? Da sollte Kein Alias ausgewählt sein.
