March 9, 201411 yr This is only possible if you chose a subdomain as system-hostname. For example: you own my-domain.tld. System-Hostname would be "froxlor.my-domain.tld" and then you can add "my-domain.tld" to a customer as usual.

March 9, 201411 yr Did you go through the settings even once? There is an Option to specify the standard-subdomain-domain.
March 9, 201411 yr Settings -> System-settings -> Customer standard subdomain (What hostname should be used to create standard subdomains for customer. If empty, the system-hostname is used.)
March 9, 201411 yr Author Thanks... btw: Maybe you can add as Default dovecot config that the mysql information are written in ' " '. This would avoid password conflicts because of special characters.
