Guten Abend,

ich hab jetzt über 1h im Adminbereich gesucht, auch das Admin Guide und nirgends eine Anleitung gefunden wo man die Backup Funktion der Kunden aktiviert. Im Guide der User klar ersichtlich wo diese Option ist, aber wo im Admin Interface?

 

Als Admin kannst du den "Export" für Kundendaten lediglich in den Einstellungen aktivieren/deaktivieren. Ein Admin hat keine eigenen Daten zum exportieren...
