habe vor kurzem neuen FTP-Zugang angelegt und beobachtet, dass ein login nicht möglich ist. 

"systemctl status proftpd" gibt folgende Meldungen aus:

entweder proftpd für deine distro neukonfigurieren oder halt einfach NoCertRequest aus der zeile in der /etc/proftpd/tls.conf rausnehmen und proftpd neustarten
