error 403 forbidden

I'm starting to use oxflor, I was able to solve the problem with the cron file. but to resolve it try to enter the address of my server by the browser sends me the error 403 prohibited

Very few information. So many things that are possible. 

1) did you set up your system according to the configuration templates?

2) did the cronjob run successfully?

3) have vhost configuration files been generated by the cronjob?

4) did you take a look at these?

5) ensure they are in the correct folder to be included for your webserver

6) etc.etc.etc.etc.
