After server reboot, sites are down.

I have an odd issue when I reboot our server.  After I reboot, most of the sites will give an error message.  If I regenerate the config files, the sites start up properly.  Anyone have any ideas why this happens or what I can do to fix it?

Sounds like some of the daemons are not starting at Boot time..

What exacly not stared. What errors. In funtoo(gentoo) default path to php-fpm sub domain is difrent i must manualy create nginx folder to fpm or change path...
