Just follow this guide, it should do: http://wiki.froxlor.org/doc/update-froxlor

I am little bit confused. for a web user what should I use?

what is syscp user? adn what will be for froxlor?

web-user depends on your settings, if your on regular mod_php, you take the username of your webserver, if you're on FCGID you use the local user you have added for this (mostly 'syscplocal' or similar if you come from SysCP)
