php-fpm and open_basedir

There are several similar threads but after a while of searching I didn't find find a relevant fix for the following problem:

When using froxlor to configure php-fpm scripts, the froxlor cron ignores whether you enable or disable the open_basedir restriction in the panel. Everything is stored properly in the database but the configuration-generation-script seems to ignore this case.

My temporary fix is editing the php-fpm config file of the affected host directly and commenting out the open_basedir line... but this is definitely not an elegant fix
