I was wondering if someone had a more in-depth installation guide so i know what to install prior to installing and setting up froxlor cause i've had some problems of some froxlor settings not having the software installed. Thanks.

Use the .deb-package, it depends on every package you will need

I did this and it only installed the base it didn't install powerdns or nginx and a few other software, is there a full install option?

you only need ONE webserver and ONE nameserver (etc.). Our deb installs the default service-combination

Yes i know this, but when it comes to wanting to use a different one than what is installed standard i come into the problem that i have it install and set it in the configuration, but the panel doesn't use it and decides to use the base installed one instead.

No, you have to change the settings for e.g. the webserver so the panel knows you are using for example lighttpd instead of apache

Well i've set the settings, but it still only uses apache so apparently there's some problem when trying to use nginx instead of apache.

well then please let us know what probem exactly because if i set everything in the settings Froxlor is not trying to use apache. A bit more exactly information would be helpful here
