Apache and lighty does not use suphp.

 

PHP runs as apache2-mod-php or php is run via suexec and fcgid/fastcgi.

Since the cronjob for nginx in 0.9.20-1 seems quite broken, the documentation was quite helpful. See bugtracker for possible solutions until the cron has been worked over.
