June 15, 20215 yr Hello, I just install froxlor control panel in my centos VPS. enabled backup for customer account. but after pressing backup button, it will takes for ever, but never complete the backup process. any suggestion.
June 15, 20215 yr well you have just activate a backup job - by default this cronjob runs ONCE a day (presumably at night). Just check cronjob settings for the interval of backup-cronjob. And if it's running, check the process (e.g. 'ps faux' or similar) - packing up dbs, mails and webroot can take LONG time if there's a lot of data
