Hello, i am looking in Froxlor how to register the users via csv .

This is the configuration file the for the customers,and i dont know exactly how to implement it in the php script .

Froxlor is API based and you can use that API externally to add Customers for example, see api documentation at https://api.froxlor.org/doc/git/ and a usage example at https://github.com/Froxlor/Froxlor/tree/master/doc/example. There is no import from the webinterface or similar.
