I cant find a valid Webserver-user, i just found a user called www-data but the server drops a "user doesñt exist" Please Help

Well what distribution? Did you install a Webserver (Apache, nginx)?

I use Apache2 and Debian9 

Then the user www-data should definitely exist

Yeah it exists but while setting permissions it says its not

Are you acting as root user on the machine?
