I am trying to update my PHP Version from 5.6 to 7.3 and i realized i will have to generate this code. Let me point out to few notices on this dashboard on the panel. See attached for more information. Please kindly assist.

That has nothing to do with any upgrade. It's just a part of php you can configure according to your needs. If you still refer to opcache...

So this is generally about a php upgrade. There are many many guides on the Internet if you just search on google. There are many ways to update php, depending on your needs your system your need for maintainability, etc.
