Customer Home directory doesn't generate

Hello , i recently installed froxlor , everything works well but when i create a customer it says that the directory for the client should be located at /var/customers/webs/test/ but when i go in ftp and search for it , the folder customers doesn't exist

Did you set up the required services via "configuration"? Seems you are missing the cronjob

I configured cronjob but still it doesn't generate the folder

Well you need to configure more then just cronjob....Webserver, Mailserver, etc. Netter go through all the services.
