October 2, 201411 yr Hello, i have just installed and started out with settings and now ive finsished setting up all configurations but still i have apache startpage on each domain,, i have forced cronjob and it looks like the files in apache folder are there but i cant figure out. any idea? cheers
October 3, 201411 yr Well, this could be a millionen things. Wrong paths, wrong dns, etc.etc.etc. Please be more specific, state filenames, domains, logs, etc.etc.etc.
October 3, 201411 yr Author Thanks for answer! I manged to find out the problem. I had a misspelling the vhost path so its working now. I experience slow responding when trying to access my domains, it takes a while before it loads. I guess it's a DNS issue? Please note I have setup this on a local network with a router for testing purpose How to speed it up? Or should I just go for ngnix? Pros cons?
October 3, 201411 yr Why should it? not really...and i don't think that a single site is slow when only a few requests are made...it's not like you host facebook on your local PC
October 3, 201411 yr Author Because each site takes up to 5-10 sec to loaad , i Will test without LAN and see
October 4, 201411 yr Author OK ive got the speed working again but i moved the server and now i cant get any domains to work, they all rederict to /var/www and shows apache startpage, i have set the directorys for vhost etc and force cronjobs again, i deleted all the froxlor files in sites/enabled and still rederict to apache startpage, any idea?
October 5, 201411 yr - check whether the files are being generated correctly - check the paths - check your settings - check etc.etc.etc. - show us logs - tell us your configuration - tell us what "i moved the server" means
