Where can I find docs for themes

Hi all, 

I'm not sure if I'm searching in the right place or not but I've been struggling to find documentation for creating themes, I've searched on the forum, wiki and google but not found anything.
 
I am interested to know how to install this theme I found https://github.com/harrydeluxe/Froxlor-Theme

I would also like to know if there is any documentation so I can create my own themes.

There are no special docs for this. There is a default theme which is maintained - everything else is up to people who like to play around, wie just offer a possibility
