Forwarding

Question

I have newly acquired the responsibility for maintaining the froxlor email forwarding for our group. Everthing worked well util recently when my own emails stopped being forwarded to my btinternet.com address. Forwarding to other group members seems to still work OK. I tried contacting BT but can't really understand what the call centre is saying. In found that my group email had for some reason appeared in my BT blocked address list but I removed this without solving the problem. I understand that BT have been having email delivery problems but can anyone advise me how I can tell that the problem does not lie with Froxlor ( my BT email address is still correct on the Froxlor list)
