Hi,

i plan to rewrite the autoresponder feature (dovecot/postfix only) this weekend, due the current autoresponder is pretty useless in these days where everybody has his pop3/imap mailbox on his/her smartphone.

 

The issue or request is stated in redmine over here http://redmine.froxlor.org/issues/289

 

 

Just wondering if there is already anything around regarding this feature/issue request, so i could save my working hours for other things ;-)

That's great news as I currently experience the same problem with the autoresponder: iPhone get's mails by IMAP and they are moved from new to cur and then ignored by the autoresponder script.

I am highly interested in any better solution. I am also using dovecot/postfix.
