mailman no webgui for new domains!?

i've using froxlor with the mailman module 0.1.7.

domains whitch has already mailinglist, are able to creat mailinglists and manage them through webgui lists.domain.de

but domains whitch don't have already a mailingliste, can indeed creat one (get correct sql entry and vhost entry), but can not access to lists.domain.de they'll redirected just to domain.de

i've absolutly no idea whats going wrong. mailman answered to commands whitch were send to the new mailinglist...yeah, but no webgui for new domains. any ideas?
