Release candidate: Froxlor 0.9.24-rc1

Hello Froxies,

welcome to the release of Froxlor 0.9.24-rc1. As we already had announced the changes of our release policy, we would like to bring you the current release candidate for the upcoming stable release. After two weeks of rc state this release will become a full release 0.9.24 (if no showstoppers are found) on 10/03/2011. Please test this release candidate as much as possible and tell us your feedback.

We also would like to thank all the community members who contributed to this release.
