  1. Hi everyone, I'm running a Debian 10 Buster Server with PHP7.3 installed. The PHP7.3 update is the new component in the system. since then, I can't find any Mailboxes. There are no folders in the var/customers/mail/[customer] directory. If you take look at the Screenshot, you see, that the E-Mail adress is existent in Froxlor. Mail Bounce Mail Log If I missed a log, please let me know, so I can attach it Best regards, thunfischbaum
  2. Hi, Wile doing migration of email accounts from one froxlor server to another I have noting some thing. Expecting some clarification on this. As we all know emails are normally stored in the location "/var/customers/mail/user/domain.com/user/Maildir/" . I create email accounts via froxlor panel and copy the email files directly via scp or rsync from old server to new. The strange thing I have noticed is it is not coping custom folders and its emails like we have in source. The solution I have found for this is to use imapsync between old and new. imapsync is preserving custom folders like as it is in source. Does it mean custom folder settings are stored somewhere else? How we can preserve it and copy emails manually?
  3. Just wondering, is anyone using DMARC or SFP settings on the Nameservers to protect against spoofing. Never noticed it before but on gmail they seem to check against sfp settings. Before: Received-SPF: none (google.com: info@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.ie does not designate permitted sender hosts) client-ip=xx.xxx.xxx.xxx; Authentication-Results: mx.google.com; spf=neutral (google.com: info@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.ie does not designate permitted sender hosts) smtp.mail=info@xxxxxxxxxxxx.ie Received: from www.xxxxxxxxxxxx.ie (xxxxxxx.xxxxxxserver.net [xx.xxx.xxx.xxx]) After adding a TXT record to the Nameserver: TXT "v=spf1 mx -all" Authentication-Results: mx.google.com; spf=pass (google.com: domain of info@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.ie designates xx.xxx.xxx.xxx as permitted sender) smtp.mail=info@xxxxxxxxxxxx.ieReceived: from www.xxxxxxxxxxxx.ie (xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxserver.net [xx.xxx.xxx.xxx]) by xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxserver.net (Postfix) with ESMTPA id fsdasdsdafsfdxxsdfadsf My Questions: 1. Did anyone implement this on all the domains running on a froxlor server? 2. If Yes, what record did they use? 3. Is there anything to watch out for? IE. The sender domain is not the one specified in the Postfix-Configuration. Does this cause problems? Thank you for any feedback. Regards, rolo2912
  5. Hello, I have a couple hundred e-mail accounts to create, is there a better way to do that than creating one account at a time? An API that I can use, or some batch mode? Thanks.
  6. Hi! When I make my email when I want to create an account I will deal with this: If created after reviewing the account. It has been "smtp" properly configured and Roundcube the system is in use. help me !!! Tankful!
  7. i'm just in a the process of migrating a froxlor managed couriermail server to a new froxlor/debian9/postfix/dovecot mail server there are hundreds of gigabyte imapmap emails with hundreds of accounts. to make this a bit less painfully to move i started to created a small email migration script for the beginning https://github.com/veto64/sync_froxlor requirements: emails passwords must be plain latest docker remote access to the server
  8. Hello Everyone. Yesterday I launched a froxlor server on google cloud platform but google have blocked the default ports for mailling (https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/networks-and-firewalls#blockedtraffic) so my froxlor server do not send me mails like new database creation, new customer account creation, etc. Anyone knows how to change the default email ports in froxlor? Thanks for your help. Best Regards,
  9. Hello, I notice that in Froxlor, you can't set up a domain that's the same as the server's host name. How then is email for the server's hostname handled? For example, if my server's hostname is somedomain.com and I haven't set up somedomain.com as a domain with email accounts in Froxlor (because you can't), how would mail@somedomain.com be handled when it arrives? Would it be handled by the configurations in /etc/aliases instead? I'm a little confused. Thank you in advance!
  10. I've installed Froxlor on Debian 8 and followed all of the instructions in the configuration section of the management panel I've created a new customer and create a domain under them I've logged in as the customer and created a new email address and made it an account I've installed afterlogic webmail in the domain's document root Afterlogic (webmail) gives the error "incorrect username or password" when I try to log in I've tried adding the account in an email client (mail on windows 10), same error My DNS and MX settings are correct It seems like the mail account is just not there, even though it's set up in froxlor The username and password have been created in MySQL database "froxlor" in table "mail_users" I don't know what to do next, or even what question to ask Any suggestions on how I should proceed with troubleshooting
  11. Hello. I added a customer with a domain, then deleted the customer and domain, and now on the dashboard it say's i have -500mb webspace allocated, -1 mysql database, -1 email account, etc. I think this might be a bug. How do I reset these to 0?
  12. Hi, I want to give my customers the possibility to change their EMail passwords on their own (EMail Users do not have a froxlor account). The credentials are stored in "mail_users " but I have problems identifying the encryption method. The format as I understand it is. $1$SALT$MD5HASH I tried "Salt"+"Password" and "Password"+"Salt" but I get different Hashs than those in the Database.
So weit, so gut. Danke f?r eure Hilfe. Viele Gr??e, Sebi
