So gut wie du Fragezeichen und Ausrufezeichen schreiben kannst, h?ttest du mal ein wenig lesen k?nnen. Wenn du in Redmine eingeloggt bist, sollte in der Navigation der Link "Neues Ticket" erscheinen.
