  3. Hi,

We had a mistake in the updater, but it was fixed a few minutes after the release and the tarball was updated. A re-download will fix this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    So long,

    Florian

P.S.: We thought we had the fix online before anyone downloaded the package, therefore we didn't write a note about this. Seems we were wrong about this.

  6. Hi,

    I found some bugs:

Some main functions doesn?t work :

    # Create (edit) e-mail-address / Create forwarder

    # Create e-mail-address (only Froxlor theme)

  8. Hi Froxies,

As you may have noticed, we had our first FroxCon this month (see the pictures). It was a huge success regarding the future of Froxlor, thanks to the participants. If you followed our SVN-commits, you might have seen that we are currently working on a multiserver-integration for Froxlor, which will allow managing multiple web/mail/FTP - servers with one panel. Combined with this, we will allow binding one Domain to different IPs and ports, much needed for true IPv4 and IPv6 - support.

So much about the future, let's release Froxlor 0.9.14 today Froxlor 0.9.14 comes with the following changes:

    Legend:

    + = new

    ~ = changed

    x = removed

    ChangeLog:

+ Allow login to panel using domains (bug #374)

+ Added configuration templates for DKIM for Debian/Ubuntu systems (bug #384)

+ Allow custom documentroot for IP/Port vHosts (bug #417)

    + Added SSLCertificateChainFile-directive to Apache-SSL configuration (bug #418)

    + Allow domains with port-statement as documentroot/redirect (bug #431)

~ AWstats: fix multiple calculation of traffic (bug #246)

~ AWstats: add images to created stats-pages (bug #257)

~ AWstats: chown stats directories after creation (bug #258)

~ Fixed resource calculation for APS-packages (bug #425)

~ Various improvements of language files (bugs #434 and #439)

~ Fixed order of domains in single-vhost-file (bug #437)

~ Corrected descriptions for edit-database view (bug #444)

x Realtime update-feature has been removed due to problems and possible skipped/unfinished tasks

Debian packages are in process of being built and will be available later today as usual.

Debian etch is obsolete and its configs will be removed in the next release, this is the last release supporting etch, 0.9.15 packages will be incompatible with etch (you should really upgrade your distro anyway)

    Thank you,

    your Froxlor Team

  10. Hello.

I am on version 0.9.9 right now.

When I click "search via webservice" on overview page, I get this response:

It looks like your Froxlor installation has been customized, no support sorry.

    Any idea why ?

    Regards,

    /Sorin

    Hello,

  11. Dear Froxies,

We are proud to present the 12th release of Froxlor 0.9: Froxlor 0.9.10.

This is the last release of our two - week - release - schedule and we will now aim on a monthly release. This is due to the decreasing bugreports (very positive, thx to all who helped!) we get and we want to concentrate on Froxlor 1.0 more intensively. This does not mean that Froxlor 0.9 will not be maintained (i.e.: a complete nameserver - rewrite is in progress), we simple want to lift the need of such a tight release schedule. Nevertheless, if any urgent release is needed, we will not hesitate to release in between this release - cycle. Please enjoy Froxlor 0.9.10 as much as we do :)

The following bugs were closed in this release:

     * Uninstalling an APS package does not delete the installed files (bug #273)
     * Database does not show in client database (bug #272)
     * When APS contingent for customer is reached, no hint is shown (bug #278)
     * Lighttpd auth.backend: If more than one directory is protected, the users of them are not saved in the htpasswd file (bug #281)
     * spelling error in german language file (bug #279)
     * Create customer task not deleted if customer is deleted (bug #276)
     * language selector does not work on login - page (bug #277)
     * Default path for AWStats (bug #275)[
     * ipandport_xxx.conf DocumentRoot now manageable in settings (bug #270)
     * A variable name leading to invalid paths was corrected

  12. Hello Froxies,

We've just released the first few screencasts about installation and configuration of Froxlor. Currently featured are the installation on Gentoo using the layman - overlay and configuring fcgid with suexec for the 0.9 - series.

As a preview we feature the installation of Froxlor 1.0 pre-pre-pre alpha and a short tutorial on how to to create a "Hello World" module. Please note: Froxlor 1.0 pre-pre-pre alpha is not in a useable state, it has no functionality, will eat your kids and destroy the world - do not try to install it (see: 1.0 F.A.Q. ) ;)

The screencasts are available as MP4 (h264) and OGV and are displayed with the HTML5 - video - tag (fallback to a flashplayer if the browser does not support it).

Now check out the screencasts and tell us what you think about it (what do you like to see in a screencast?) at http://www.froxlor.org/screencasts.html

    Have fun,

    your Froxlor Team

  13. Hello Froxies,

These vservers are available on the companies end-user-portal http://www.domaindiscount24.com and the reseller-portal http://www.rrpproxy.net

    Thank you for noticing,

    your Froxlor Team
