It depends on your (web)server and php setup (magento might need some special settings like rewriterules, safe_mode and openbasedir or similiar). I just said an integration into Froxlor does not make much sense. Magento is an eCommerce Software - and whether you install it for a customer or not does not depend on Froxlor.
