Ich benutze Froxlor 9.13 und Firefox 3.6

 

In einem Ticket werden im Betreff und in der Nachricht keine Umlaute dargestellt.

Wenn ich in den Kategorien Umlauten habe werden Sie dort auch dargestellt. Daher gehe ich davon aus, dass es nicht an Firefox, sondern an Froxlor liegt.
