Hallo Leute,

 

ich bin kein Freund von xinetd, Ports aufrei?en ist immer mit einem unguten Gef?hl behaftet.

Deshalb meine Idee um Froxlor in realtime-Mode laufen zu lassen: Eine Datei (Verzeichnis) mit dnotify ?berwachen.

Froxlor m?sste statt dem Request an xinetd einfach eine ?nderung im entsprechenden Verzeichnis durchf?hren und dnotify startet darauf hin den Task als root.

 

Ich verwende dieses vorgehen um meinen Secondary-DNS auf dem neusten Stand zu halten.

da sehe ich jetzt keine gro?e Gefahr drin.
