I am getting 2 of these emails every 5 minutes:

1 - Subject: Cron <root@stoli> /usr/bin/nice -n 5 /usr/bin/php -q /var/www/html/froxlor/bin/froxlor-cli froxlor:cron 'tasks' -q 1> /dev/null

2 - Subject: Cron <root@stoli> /usr/bin/nice -n 5 /usr/bin/php -q /var/www/html/froxlor/bin/froxlor-cli froxlor:cron 'letsencrypt' -q 1> /dev/null

Content: PHP Warning:  Module "mbstring" is already loaded in Unknown on line 0 - Same for both

I set up a rule to delete them but I'd like to find out why I get these and fix it.

nothing froxlor can do there, sounds like a misconfigured php (cli!), you will definently get this error even when just running "php -v" on your shell
