Migrate from Lighttpd to Apache

cookiekiller

Question

Well, lighttpd sucks for me with froxlor.

(It's froxlors fault and I no longer want to deal with this.)

So I'd decided to keep froxlor and remove lighttpd, don't complain, and replace with Apache.

Is there any best practise to do this on a live system?

Well fine except for removing lighttpd, installing apache, set up apache configuration?

Some tricks?

nope, just switch from lighttpd to apache in the settings, check all the paths for the webserver config-files and wait for the cron to run. Better stop lighttpd before the cron runs, so it can even start apache for you

Harhar!

That nice.

=)

// Edit:

Well, I did it.

But froxlor isn't willing to recreate the VHost entries and I'm not willing to do it by myself.

I runned "rebuild configuration" as well but it didn't helped

Any suggestion? =)
