inaccessible subdomain (TEST.mydomaine.tk)

Bonjour,

Je suis totalement débutant,

j'ai un serveur héberger chez moi, j'ai installé froxlor dessus, jusqu’à là aucun problème.

J'ai réserver un nom de domaine chez "freenom.com", je peux accéder à froxlor sur l'adresse "mydomaine.tk/froxlor", jusqu’à là aucun problème.

Mon problème doit être un soucis de configuration, quand je créer un "Customers" (TEST) il créer un sous-domaine (TEST.mydomaine.tk) mais celui-ci est inaccessible,

le dossier ( /var/customers/webs/TEST3 ) est existant, je ne comprend pas pourquoi je ne peux pas accéder aux site (TEST.mydomaine.tk)

Je m'excuse d'avance pour le langage, je ne parle absolument pas anglais.

Can you ping TEST.mydomain.tk? Maybe you are missing a Wildcard dns A record

Ping 1 = test3.skydro.tk = error

Ping 2 = skydro.tk = ok

I tried this, it put me on the page skydro.tk and not on test3.skydro.tk

add a new A record with "name" = * (asterisk) and let it point to the server ip. this results in all subdomains of your domain to be reachable
