All subdomains point to the Server root index.html file

Featured Replies

Hi Guys
I' am very new to this Ubuntu Servers. I' am on Ubuntu 14.04. I have few sub-domains that I have created from the admin. E.g. test1.example.com, test2.example.com, test3.example.com. All these subdomains A Record is pointing to the Server IP properly.

Whenever I type any of the sub-domains above, it shows me the index.html file from location '/var/www/html/' whereas it should take show me the file from '/var/customers/webs/test1/'. Another funny thing is that I can't find the location '/var/customers/webs/test1/'.

Please advise if I have missed something.

Sounds like the cronjob did not run. Kick it off manually by executing the following in the shell:

php /var/www/froxlor/scripts/froxlor_master_cronjob.php --force --debug
