[solved] Reset root froxlor user information?

Foolishly, when I set up Froxlor I didn't record my user credentials... at all.

I have ssh access to my server, but no clue how I can get back in to my froxlor without uninstalling it entirely and starting from scratch - does anybody have suggestions?

Just as a note for anybody else who might end up with this problem, the id column actually has the title adminid - so the command d00p gave works but needs slight adjustment.
