Question

Hello,

i'm preety new with Froxlor and still have a problem with it.

I can't use the quotas for customers. I tried alot and it still sucks.

Quotas on the system are working well --- thats all.

I also followed the HowTo in the Wiki ( http://redmine.froxlor.org/projects/froxlor/wiki/En-Filesystem-quota )

Here is the mail from the Cron Daemon:

quotatool: User 10003 does not exist

Like you can see the user 10003 does not exist...

Does anyone have an idea how to get it to work?

greetings, Peter

Hi,

Do you have nss-mysql configured? Froxlor needs to establish the users in the system for it, just follow the part for nss-mysql in the fcgi - tutorial as stated in the requirements: Installed and activated FCGI (see FCGID - handbook).

So long,

Florian
